30. It Describes The Content Of The Call, Sir

The man reported what he had been told by various people, and someone had claimed it was protesters doing the shooting. He did not state that as a fact, and it is not considered a fact by his government, or, for that matter, by much of anyone not actively engaged to promote the current line of Mr. Putin's government, aside from a handful of people who find that line sits readily with their own predispositions.
