15. We're sending assets to Poland/Lithuania--we already have stuff there.

It's a neighboring NATO country, and we're doing this under NATO, because they asked us to. We're not surrounding Russian bases in any way. We can't demand "surrender" because Russia hasn't declared war, they don't even admit sending troops.
