I know it well.

Did you need to share that here? You dumped on my thread. Is it so hard for you to stop and look at some beauty? No one is without pain, yours is not greater than the rest of ours.

Stop once in a while and take some time to smell the flowers. It is not healthy to dwell in darkness.
