that all of Democratic Underground were called Saddam Lovers back in 2003 by Free Republic. Google it. Many on this board were accused of being Saddam Lovers by other members. Those who were labeled were vindicated in their thinking after the debacle of the war and the lies of WMD. Then there was the Chazez lover labeling and now you guys have your Putin lovers and your Rand Paul lovers. The problem for anyone bringing up this type of thing is it immediately makes your argument look childish and implies you have nothing else to go on debate wise. Why not refute the posters arguments through data, analysis and evidential links (as we used to do here at DU) rather than calling people names, acting nationalistic and throwing out a lot of simplistic emotion? This accused "Putinista" (it always gives me a chuckle when you guys write it welcomes the opportunity to actually debate people who represent the better side of DU. We can do better.
