BC history: Kathleen Willey was the woman who falsely claimed Bill Clinton groped her near the White House, and Julie Hiatt Steele was one of her friends at the time.

All this shit put her in significant financial straits, so she opened a PayPal account to use to help raise money. Enter the freepers: They found out about it and, knowing PayPal charges the recipient of a transfer 25 cents, donated a million dollars to her...one cent at a time. (The $1M may be a bit high, but the fact they left her owing PayPal a vast amount of money is true.)

Bart knew about her situation and organized a big fundraising party for her. It was a great success, but as soon as she got the money something went wrong - did she just forget he existed or did she actively start dumping on him? Either way, it really hurt Bart.
