don't have an eating disorder and some very thin people have eating disorders. Neither of us knows about this girl. She is seriously thin. The possibility of anorexia is speculation based on fact. You can verify with a little research that many college-age girls today have the problem. We don't know for sure, but since extreme thinness is unusual, it's a reasonable guess.
