(3,300 posts)18. I've NEVER missed a national vote since I first voted in 1976 for James Earl Carter (great man).
If we could only convince people how important it is to vote. How people like me DEPEND on them participating in the system. How people like THEMSELVES depend on them taking part. We really could take complete control if we had an electorate educated in the real differences in the 2 parties.
Then, the scales would begin to tip slowly toward "We, the People".
