Welcome to the Republican idea of fiscal conservatism. I hope the disqualification comes through but knowing the way Republicans run government, I'm not optimistic.
At least she's 18 and unlikely to need a huge amount of care this year. If her job situation improves, she'll have to jump through the same hoops next year.
