50. I Would Think An Advanced Race. . .

. . .who wanted to announce their presence would just say hi! Abduction isn't what i'd call friendly first conact. And if they were malevolent, their introduction might be something more dramatic that disappearing a plane.

Now, if we had started this conversation with "aliens with the tech to create wormholes at will who explore the cosmos without having to leave home" then i'd be a taker!
