be legitimate. Just as it was in Ukraine when the Democratically elected Parliament Impeached the President and he resigned. The Democratically elected Parliament is still the Government and has put into place an acting President until elections can be held in the next couple of months. Oh and by the way there is no "NEW Government". It is the same government they had at this time last year, minus a corrupt President.
