You see, my friend, Israel is a staunch friend of America in the Mid East, and being such a friend the USA has to help them out to be our military proxy.
It doesn't matter that Israel commits human rights crimes against the Palestinians.
It doesn't matter that they have offloaded 500k of its citizens into territory that is not theirs.
It doesn't matter that it has become an apartheid state.
It doesn't matter that it insults our leaders.
What matters is that they act like our bulldog and we give them lots of money to do it. All the other pesky things the USA can just ignore or put into the 'oops' column.
