9. She certainly sounded like she was out of her mind.

The "drunk" girl had BAL of .15, nearly twice the legal limit.

And Nancy repeatedly insisted that pot legalization caused the mother to force her child to breathe marijuana smoke. How she came to that conclusion I do not understand. She implied that the effects of marijuana cause parents to commit this sort of abusive behavior.

The NORMAL guy tried reasoning with Nancy to no avail. He pointed out that people that want to smoke marijuana can smoke it right now regardless of its legal status.

Nancy appears to be completely sincere. She actually believes this nonsense.
