Then King.com needs to pay a lot of royalities to the original owner (hint, it is NOT CANDY CRUSH!)

Some idiot stole the idea and made it their own. Guy already went public with the original game and showed comparsion.

He applied for a trademark and patent two years before Candy Crush was even born.

It was called Candy Swipe.
