Particularly for something like the ACA.
It is not a program that I fully support, but the success of it is through participation.
If there was even a marginal bump on participation due to such a program. It is small and innocuous enough to do.
It is nowhere near as ridiculous as some of the stunts pulled off by 43. Flipping off reporters, looking under a desk with a derp expression trying to find WMD as a joke nary 5 years after 9/11.
Trick is, it plays for the base, to improve support. There is a saying that "haters gonna hate". This is quite expected.
Yeah, I can laugh at Bush's antics. I mean, he does have a funnier face than Obama after all, and his misspeak and unintentional humor can be considered comedy gold.
I just can't be proud of it regardless, nor do I think I should.
