Run on improving it--as in pushing for single payer. I say that as someone who will fall through the cracks, thanks to a filthy, crooked republican governor, who put her own political interests ahead of those of the people of the state she allegedly governs by turning down the Medicare expansion, and by refusing to set up insurance exchanges.
