as a tool of intimidation. That alone is why the GOP has tried to repeal it 50 times! THEY HATE THAT! How dare the working class get some...equality!
That is progress in itself imo.
OH BTW, we are taking back the House in 2014 and keeping the Senate. Plan ahead!
