Had he and Truman "really fought" they could have gotten a national health plan here at about the same time the British got theirs. Fuck them very much for any of us having the slightest problem with coverage over anything since that.

Before ACA I had to pay $1500 out of pocket for a procedure that confirmed I didn't have cancer. Fuck FDR.
