35. I think docs are poorly trained in promoting health, and more trained in disease treatment...

(translation, pharmaceutic treatment, not understanding all the components of disease management).

Had you come to someone trained with those two things you mentioned, they should have known how to positively reinforce you. I do this quite often when helping those doctors assess the degree a person's lung disease.
