Kentucky did a good job of getting people informed and out early so we are not seeing the mad dash in my office this late in March. A good websit also helped keep our foot traffic down and most our applicants are people who have had issues with doing their application at home or do not have access, or are not used to using a computer. Foreign language clients also have made up a large part of our in office applicants as navigating the ins and outs can be difficult. The majority of the applications I have taken are medicaid eligible.
