escape based on the ideal that the Corporation is a separate entity from the person who owns the Corporation.

If John Roberts opens the door to this type of BullShip to pacify the Repugnants, I hope lawyers then use it to drive a truck through limited liability defenses for Corporations. Be careful what you wish for Repugs.
