A person speaking on condition of anonymity told reporters bottlenose dolphins had been trained under Soviet programs to serve the Ukrainian navy. With Crimea finally re-joining Russia after a secession referendum, the training will be overhauled to adapt the mammals to conditions of working with Russian forces.

And we do it too!

Only two training centers for combat dolphins exist nowadays, one at the San Diego military base in the United States and another in Sevastopol, Crimea, although neither has ever been eloquent about the specifics of its programs.

OK, can we get Kerry & Lavrov to agree

1 - Not to invade any more countries on any pretext whatsoever, and
2 - Give up on using dolphins. Leave them the freak alone.

I think we can get some agreement here, right? Sheesh.
