168. This war belongs to Obama

along with the 100,000 dead. We may not have boots on the ground, but we have given funding and consent to Saudia Arabia, Qatar, and Turkey to fund and provide weapons to the religious zealots that are causing this destruction.

Back in 2003, it was apparent that Syria would follow after Iraq, that was part of the PNAC plan. It was all laid out. Obama is following suit just as the neo-cons had planned. It took a while to get there, as there was Libya and Egypt along the way.

Syria is, as was Iraq, a secular country, and we seem dead set to make it another religious back water, where women have no rights, and education discouraged. How does Obama defend that? I'm pretty sure we will not hear that discussion, and probably not on NPR. Listening today on NPR about Syria was pretty awful, no balance what so ever.
