william colby, a cia hotshot, once said that 90 percent of the 'black' budget, the money spent on 'intel' and secret police etc, went to either suppress news, create news, or twist the news- iow to think for the people, and if that dinnae work, they'll tell the people what they think they think! And if that don't take, they'll tell us what WE think we THINK we THINK!
