2. How long till the rest of this country hits rock bottom?

That is so wrong on so many levels. We have unlimited funds to wage war, pay tax reimbursements to multimillion dollar corporations for making billions in profits, but we can't afford to help those that need help the most.
When are "We the people..." going to rise up and say enough is enough!
Maybe the answer is for the federal government to nationalize Arizona. Financed by canceling a couple of F35's.
