Mar 2014

I retired from the State of North Carolina. Everything we built for the good of Wake County Public School students was destroyed by the Repugs once they took over. Obamacare is a sell-out to the insurance companies by a corporate-owned president. Sure, Carolinians dislike him because he is black. That is not even a question. But, Obama's actions demonstrated that his administration was not much more than an extension of the Bushies. Remember, the GOP plan was and is to take over state and local politics. That's what they did to NC, using money from people like Art Pope. Twenty-two states have already been taken over by them. What is the progressive strategy to fight that plan? Time to ignore Obama's small successes and huge failures, and try to find a plan to take back the states. Remember Howard Dean?

Yes, I live in Canada now...very happily. We will soon be rid of Harper.
