You want to wait for facts that we can know. You've never seen this report. You don't know under what conditions the officer described these items. You don't know if he was being precise or approximating (indeed, it is very doubtful that the officer had these items tested - are you claiming the officer had these items tested? how could you possibly know that?). You even acknowledged downthread that the officer likely cannot tell whether the article is a genuine diamond (yet you seem to believe he can eyeball silver on the fly!).
