Kyls proposed amendment embodied the conservative view:
The Affordable Care Act that passed Congress in 2010 is an unacceptable intrusion into the private decisions of American families and businesses.
But the faux pro-life GOP with their insurance company death panels, Medicaid, Medicare, SNAP, WIC and CHIP cutting ways; with their unmitigated hatred for women, the poor, disabled, elderly and children are never in favor of people, particularly women and LGBT, having any privacy!
Instead, Obamacare is preserving our right to private decisions and to save lives:
Pregnant women, across the country and anywhere along the income spectrum, will for the first time have guaranteed access to health insurance offering a minimum standard of care that will help keep their babies alive.
