and subsequent information he has posted about the incident, I think you would feel differently.
He shot the dog well AFTER the incident that happened AND the dog was chained at the time he shot her.

The dog could have been taken to a vet and euthanized if that was what the police insisted. Shooting a chained dog IS enough reason to remind someone they shot the dog AND bragged about it, when they go around claiming to be a no kill activist.
