ground upon him by a father who made a fortune doing contract oil refinery development for Stalin.
Surely that proximity to megalomania carried lessons to Fred Koch, but it doesn't mean that the Koch's MUST transform the United States into a Neofeudal state with government for, by and of the will of the wealthy
