They're the ones who take chances, like my son did. The auto insurance industry knows this. Unfortunately my son's accident happened on an uninsured, unregistered dirt bike and not in our very highly insured auto. It wasn't his bike but he also ended getting two traffic tickets to boot even though the accident didn't occur on a public road.
