(2,518 posts)I have lived in not one, but two well-known (in certain circles) hippie communes where we shared all income and expenses. I agreed to a "voluntary personal wealth limit" as part of that. I have been a member of co-ops, and when I have worked in the capitalist world, I was always one of those people who freely shared my knowledge, rather than closely guarding it in order to "best" my coworkers. Et cetera.
And yet, I have never once in all my life "stood for government control of the means of production and how people live their lives." Never ever, not once ever.
This guy has no idea what he's talking about, and something needs to be done about these delusional billionaires, who do in fact, "control of the means of production" and have too much power over "how people live their lives."
