be negative, yet you don't mention management and IT'S actions that precipitated the strike in the first place?

The thing that most people don't get about a strike is IT'S A REACTION TO MANAGEMENT INTRANSIGENCE. Workers don't just go on strike because the want to. There's ALWAYS a reason and the reason is ALWAYS management actions.
