We tried it out and we're ditching it soon. Their on demand is a joke. I'll find a tv series and if I want to watch it from the beginning it's impossible because out of 3 years of episodes, they'll have like 5 random episodes to chose from. Like all cable companies they just want you to watch their 15 minutes of commercials for every 5 minutes of content. Horrible.

I have TWC too and they've been great from installation day to fixing initial problems w/speed.
