and I haven't had any problems with them.
but we have very basic like 9.00 a month basic.
so they pretty much leave us alone.
AT&T I never had a problem with ever. In the Navy
all of our communication lines went thru them.
troubleshooting was a breeze. now Home service might
be different, but from a commercial use, no problem.

I have TWC too and they've been great from installation day to fixing initial problems w/speed.
