If you need that then sadly the premium price is the price you have to pay. I hate it, I hate them but if you can't use your phone even in your house, I would say the price that Sprint charges is every bit as expensive since you get nothing for it. We have to face the fact that they all suck. Some you can avoid and some you can't. For us we need our phones. We don't need to fly so we have given that up unless there are emergency family issues. Pick and choose, that is all we are left with because in reality we are getting screwed by almost every company and there is no longer anyone to protect us from being driven into poverty if we use things like we always have. Pick and choose from the list of cannibals.

I have TWC too and they've been great from installation day to fixing initial problems w/speed.
