that would be what the GOP has to do now in order to successfully repeal O-care (albeit once Obama leaves office). But judging from numerous polls, the Presidency is becoming a long-shot for his side in 2016. Their only hope is for less people to vote for D's; they can ramp up voter suppression efforts in D-leaning areas, or do something to stoke more cynicism in Americans about "big government" and both parties so that more people (mainly progressives) will either stay home or vote 3rd party.
