Took more than a year for them to send me the form that I could get notarized, take to the DMV, stand in line, pay $15, and get the piece of paper that says I own the car.
Cost me $8000 in fees to get out from under a lousy Wells Fargo mortgage, but like a divorce...it was money well-spent!

I have TWC too and they've been great from installation day to fixing initial problems w/speed.
