(57,596 posts)1. The validity of Zimmerman's injuries are easily determined...There will be a record of treating a broken nose, and a "smashed head" would, uh, pretty much have killed him (remember these are the meme terms everyone is parroting)
2. I was listing that more as a universal denial versus a botched/covered up/complicit police investigation

I've said from the start that Zimmerman made himself the aggressor and put Martin on defense by following him in his truck (it's not like he had the brains to be subtle about it), and Zimmerman is nothing but a strange weirdo as far as Martin is concerned...By the time Zimmerman gets out the truck to accost Martin (for god knows what reason), Martin's psyche is already in 'fight or flee' mode (as would any normal person's)...Now, I don't know if that is enough to settle the legal arguement based on Florida law, OR if what Zimmerman did can be legally considered as harassment/intimidation, but it can NOT be simply disregarded as people are trying to do..
