Yes, we ALL know that he is currently an independent who caucuses and supports the national Democratic Party. So, of course he would have to officially join the Democratic Party to do that. But he wouldn't be going to New Hampshire - the first major partisan primary in the nation to explore an independent race or seek the Green Party nomination or run as Republican, now would he?
