In 1967 Che Guevara entered Bolivia to set up a secret base. "Operation Cynthia" was a sweep of 2,500 Bolivian troops to find him. They failed and lost more soldiers than the guerrillas. Pres. Barrientos of Bolivia requests help from Argentina and is refused.

What this has to do with anything these days is a complete mystery.
Maybe she's just a nut.
