(51,308 posts)while still supporting our president and Dem leaders as generally good people who can be trusted to make the best decisions based on the information they have and the conditions they are facing most of the time. Its not all or nothing. You'll grow old and die waiting for a politician who does what you want 100% of the time.
Having more Democrats in office is a good thing. More Dems in congress would help pass a lot more useful legislation like equal pay or jobs/infrstructure plans and budgets that support the causes that matter. More dem appointees on the supreme court would have given us very different decisions on the campaign finance cases, which would mean less corporate money influencing either party.
Less dems (including less dlc types) is worse for us, not better.
