could find my post as stated in the alert. If we, and I mean DU as a whole, want to be part of the solution we need to look at the facts. Believe me I have GLO and DOI records to look at, Harry Reid's website itself, et.al. to back up what I am saying. There is little hope for those who only want to view the world with tunnel vision. So as long as I've miffed people off, hang on to your sensibilities: the BLM has been a cash cow for the State of NV and if any of you would bother to look up the proceedings before jumping all over me, you would arrive at the same place. NV has been hard hit by the recession and I'm sure it's part of the reason for the milking. The state has realized 3.3 billion dollars from the BLM land sales while claiming it has to shut down the Desert Tortoise Conservation Center at the end of this year due to lack of funds when the proceeds are partially to go towards conservation among other state needs or wants! It shouldn't claim to be the steward of the land when convenient and then change the requirements to fit political/economic needs if 'needed'. Bye.
