1. Is the total lack of protection from discrimination 'intangible' or just not worthy

of the author's interests as a straight moderate? I'm sure the evicted and terminated minority members don't think it's intangible, but if that's what serves the author's agenda as an conservative posing as a moderate, fine.
His view that marriage equality is the only issue for which LGBT people are fighting is dated, bigoted and incorrect.
Intangible to some straight folks I guess, invisible, forgotten.
