5. Civics classes?

Oh how 1950's quaint.

I think most American School Systems are following the orders of our Oligarch's to insure we are UTTERLY IGNORANT OF HOW OUR GOVERNMENT IS SUPPOSED TO WORK and what our obligations as citizens are. I think civics or the equivalent, is only found in select pockets her and there and is no longer a part of most standard public school curriculum. I COULD BE WRONG.

As Carlin once said, they don't want smart informed voters. They just want people smart enough to run the machines and dumb enough not to know they are being screwed by a system that threw them overboard thirty ears ago.
