It certainly isn't rape. And I think it was overly provocative and in poor taste, which is why I put the word "artist" in quotes. But hey, it's easier to attack someone on DU (who actually agrees with you in general on the topic of rape culture, by the way) than to admit you were wrong about the incident in question. But, you know, whatever.
