Are you serious? How old are you?
Are you seriously unaware of the reasons why most victims don't bother reporting? And that police are extremely uninterested in trying to "help people" who are victims of rape and sexual assault and actively discourage them from reporting, ignore the reports, file them as other offenses, etc?
