4. A capitalism-centric analysis. Author steps out of a few boxes, but lands in another one.

He does not say this outright, but his model implies that everything would be fine if we could just have gently regulated capitalism forever, without the meddling rich elite ginning up conflicts to get richer. I wonder where he thinks that elite came from, and why he thinks they need to continually seek more power and wealth?
