The Mississippi Valley will be underwater all the way to Memphis.
The Eastern 1/2 of the state of Arkansas is essentially Sea Level, and will be underwater.
Beachfront will be Hot Springs and the Ouachita Mountains according the the projected flooding maps I have seen.
