Ask them for the original. If the bank can't present the original mortgage or original cardholder agreement (and in many cases they can't because they have been bought and sold and merged) - tell them you dispute their claim. Tell them you don't acknowledge their phony arguments unless they present the original. Tell them to stop harassing you.
