If you want to talk about ancestral rights, according to this Nevada signed a treaty with the Shoshone to give them that land before Nevada was admitted as a state. The US government tried to buy it from the Shoshone in 1979 but the Shoshone refused the money. And then the federal government charged two Shoshone women for grazing on the land. And now this guy says it is his land, eff him I say.
